    1. Is this for the Airbus A220 aircraft?
    No. This frame is built for the Airbus A320 family. “A220” is Rowsfire’s item code for this frame and is not related to the Airbus A220 aircraft.
    2. Does the frame include panels, FCU or EFIS?
    No. The package contains the wooden stand, user manual and screw kit only. Panels, FCU, EFIS, monitors, rudder pedals, seat and PC are not included.
    3. How long does delivery take, and where do you ship?
    The frame ships by sea. Delivery takes about 25–35 business days after dispatch.

    It is currently available to selected countries. Free sea freight to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, the Czech Republic, Poland, Luxembourg, Singapore and Thailand (Japan: free for the Captain Side version). Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Lithuania, Portugal, the UAE and Saudi Arabia (Captain Side only) are available with a shipping surcharge shown at checkout.

    Duties and taxes are included in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. The shipping note next to the price shows the cost for your country. If your country isn't available yet, leave your email there and we'll let you know.
    4. How is this frame assembled?
    The frame uses an interlocking assembly structure and is reinforced using self-tapping screws and additional hardware.

    The modular structure makes it easier to assemble, disassemble and upgrade the cockpit later.
    5. What if there is a problem with my frame?
    If you experience an installation or product issue, please contact the Rowsfire support team with your order number and photos or videos showing the problem.

    Our team will help identify the issue and provide the appropriate troubleshooting, replacement or after-sales solution.
