Rowsfire’s Transparent Response: Product Iteration Philosophy & B107 Panel Dual-Version Launch

Hello everyone,

Many of you have raised questions about Rowsfire’s frequent product upgrades and iterations—and we want to address this directly before explaining our two-version launch for the B107Panel.

First, let’s clarify our core philosophy: Our commitment to continuous iteration stems from two key priorities—listening to the community and adapting to the evolving landscape of flight simulation. As platforms like Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS) and aircraft models advance, and as you share valuable feedback, we believe standing still would mean falling behind on what pilots and enthusiasts truly need. That said, we recognize the need to balance “ongoing improvement” with “stable, reliable deliveries”—and the two versions of the B107 Console are our way of achieving that balance.

Now, let’s clearly explain the two-version launch with full transparency:

Prior to the B107’s release, we received numerous excellent suggestions from the community. However, if we tried to incorporate every single one of these improvements, the console wouldn’t be available until May or June. To avoid keeping you waiting unnecessarily, we decided to roll out two versions: the first one meets the core needs of 90% of users at a reasonable price point.

This decision is rooted in our existing commitments (and lessons learned):
We never want to let down the enthusiasts who took the time to share their ideas. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we refuse to let it go unappreciated or wasted. Delivering a high-quality version sooner is our way of honoring your input—while still leaving room for future iterations based on ongoing feedback.

Transparency is a top priority for us—especially after learning from our experience with the A107 upgrade. In the past, we lacked sufficient experience: whenever customers shared suggestions, we rushed to implement them and update everyone, which ultimately disappointed some early buyers. This time, we’re committed to full transparency—no hidden plans or surprises. By announcing both versions upfront, we give you ample time to weigh your options and choose the one that best fits your needs (whether you prioritize early access or want to wait for the fully loaded version).

That said, we want to be realistic: Product upgrades and iterations are often unpredictable. As MSFS and aircraft models continue to evolve, we’ll do our utmost to compensate our early supporters (e.g., through targeted upgrade options or exclusive benefits) and address their needs. Additionally, every user has unique experiences with products: some may find the first version more than sufficient, while others might have higher expectations. As the saying goes, “Different strokes for different folks”—balancing these diverse needs is never easy. That’s why we’re staying true to our original mission: “by the community, for the real world.”

Rest assured, our commitment to iteration won’t waver—but we’ll continue to refine how we communicate and deliver these updates to minimize disruption. After collecting feedback on the B107’s first version, we’ll keep refining and upgrading the product line. We hope you’ll understand and support our brand’s style and development rhythm—one that’s always centered on you.
