Their customer service is very attentive and responsive, offering various solutions right away, and finally, let’s always remember the price we paid for it. If I had been looking for perfection, I would have had to look elsewhere, at significantly higher costs. This doesn’t change the fact that if there’s a defect, it needs to be fixed; it seems to me that they’re fully committed to doing so, so I have complete confidence in them and a big thank you for the responses I’ve received.
