1. Backlight Brightness on A107 V3
The A107 V3 uses a reduced-intensity backlight design.
Please note:
All A107 units labeled V3 share the same backlight brightness level
The brightness is intentionally designed to be dimmer
This brightness level cannot be adjusted or increased via software or firmware
This means the backlight behavior you see on your unit is consistent with all A107 V3 products and is not caused by a defect or configuration issue.
We understand that some users may prefer a brighter panel, and we sincerely appreciate your feedback. It helps guide future product improvements.
2. About the 3D-Printed Rotary Knobs
The rotary knobs on the current A107 V3 are 3D-printed parts.
Due to the nature of 3D printing, these knobs may occasionally experience:
- Reduced durability
- Alignment issues
- Difficulty rotating or switching properly in some cases
- This is a known limitation of 3D-printed components.
We would like to sincerely apologize to everyone. Due to cost constraints during the early stage, this was a decision we had to make out of necessity.
Our Solutions
To address this, we are taking the following steps:
Short-term solution:
We can provide replacement 3D-printed knobs to affected users so the panel can continue to be used normally.
Long-term solution:
We are currently developing injection-molded knobs. These molded knobs will be significantly more durable and stable and will eliminate the issues associated with 3D printing.
Once ready, they will be listed separately on our official website for users who wish to upgrade or replace their existing knobs.
