Are A-Series products plug-and-play? Do I need extra software?

Works with Mobiflight (included pre-config files). Only 5-10 mins initial setup—after that, just launch Mobiflight + simulator for auto-connect.

Do I need to buy extra mounts/cables?

USB cables are included (use rear PC ports for stable power). VESA-compatible (75×75/100×100mm) – mounts sold separately.

Took a while to set up and get going. Multiple steps and programmes = updates/drivers make this definitely NOT plug and play. Working for 4 days and the refused to work, requiring a Mobiflight driver update for the Arduino module, which would not load, inspite of reloading both latest both Mobiflight and FSUIPC& updates. Now awaiting help from Rowsfire customer support with no response for more than 24 hrs. Switches also, very small, of poor quality and have annoying rotating switch extensions. This is so far the most disappointing and troublesome add-on to my home cockpit so far.

By the way, the photo you shared looks amazing!

The device is working correctly, but the overall quality could be improved. The panel is a little bit flimsy and wobbly and the switches are not glued and turning on themselves, which is not satisfactory. The backlight switch is too sensitive and the USB should be on the back, not on the side, or a USB curved cable could be included. Also, would be nice to have a stand available as an option. Let's see how this panel is holding up with time.

We noticed that you purchased an early V2 version of the panel — the latest V3 version has already been upgraded and improved. The USB port is now located on the back, and the overall structure is more stable. Don’t worry, your current panel should still work perfectly fine for normal gameplay.
