I. Open Positions (with Role Details)

1. Repair Technician
   (Remote/On-site)Responsibilities: Provide remote troubleshooting and on-site hardware repair for Rowsfire products.Requirements: Basic hardware repair skills.
2. Profile Creator
   Responsibilities: Develop configuration files for aircraft models such as X-Plane and Toliss.Requirements: Proficiency in tools like Mobiflight and a deep understanding of aircraft operation logic.
3. Promoter
   Core Mission: Promote the brand across multiple platforms to expand Rowsfire’s visibility and influence in the flight simulation community. Key responsibilities include:
   • Content Creation: Produce product review/unboxing short videos, flight simulation educational long videos, aircraft model analysis articles, etc.
   • Platform Operation: Publish original content, engage with audiences, and collect user feedback on YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, Discord, and various flight simulation forums.
   • Community Management: Participate in flight simulation community discussions, guide users to follow the brand, and enhance user stickiness.
     
     
     Requirements: Strong content creation skills (video editing/copywriting), familiarity with the operation rules of at least 2 target platforms, and a passion for flight simulation culture.
4. Exhibition Cooperation Specialist
   Responsibilities: Showcase Rowsfire products at 2026 flight simulation exhibitions (e.g., FlightSimExpo) and set up experience zones.Requirements: Plan to attend relevant exhibitions and be willing to assist with brand promotion.
5. Distributor Partner
   Responsibilities: Manage local distribution, warehousing, logistics, and after-sales support for Rowsfire products; proactively develop local cooperation channels (e.g., flight simulation stores, communities, online platforms) and negotiate partnership resources.Requirements: Existing local sales channels,  alignment with Rowsfire’s brand values. Physical store owners are preferred.

II. Partnership Projects

• Plugin Developer Partnership: Collaborate to optimize product compatibility and develop custom plugins.
• Certified Pilot Partnership: Provide theoretical/practical guidance and exam preparation tutoring for pilot certification.
• Exhibition/Event Sponsorship: Support flight simulation exhibitions, school aviation science popularization programs, museum events, etc.
