A Letter to Rowsfire Family-7/10/2025

This is a memorable chapter in Rowsfire’s history. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all flight simulation enthusiasts for your support. We will continue to forge ahead and stay true to our original aspiration.
Dear Rowsfire Family,

After the National Day holiday, I finally got a chance to take a break from the busy work and come back to you with a more energetic state. Over the past period, I often fell into a work routine of "sleeping at 3 a.m. and waking up at 7 a.m." With only 5 hours of sleep every day, I’ve noticed a lot more gray hairs quietly popping up—I can’t help but smile when I think about it now. However, seeing my inbox flooded with messages made me feel both touched and guilty. I will reply to each and every message one by one, but it might take a little time. Please be patient with me.

First, let’s talk about our products. Before the holiday, we released the A107 V3 version and A105, and we received a lot of warm praise. Behind this is our dedication to repeatedly listening to community opinions and polishing our products. But at the same time, some family members also raised doubts: "Am I being a guinea pig for the A107 V1 and V2 versions?" Here, I want to tell you solemnly: We have never treated the first batch of users who supported us as guinea pigs. Before launching any product, we conduct multiple rounds of testing—we even make special trips to professional flight simulation schools for on-site verification. After production and before delivery, we also arrange for different personnel to conduct a second quality inspection. We cherish every generation of our products as if they were our own children.

Even so, some family members still reported problems after receiving their products, such as failure to connect to the game and loose switches. We repeatedly reviewed the situation: Was there an accident during transportation? Or were we too confident and ignored the needs of beginner users? For example, many family members using our products for the first time actually need more detailed instructions for guidance. Some also pointed out that there is a gap between the A107 overhead panel and Skalarki’s $1,000 product, and that the switches and buttons need improvement. These voices made us feel confused and doubt ourselves for a while: Is this path really correct—insisting on making a cost-effective A107 overhead panel, allowing flight simulation enthusiasts with limited budgets to gradually build their own cockpits step by step? Even though it may not be the most luxurious, it meets our peripheral needs and helps us build our own cockpits. On many late nights, I even secretly cried a few times.

But when I calmed down, I realized that we are actually very lucky. It is precisely because everyone openly offers suggestions, points out problems that we can find directions for improvement. During this period, we have been repeatedly testing various accessories compatible with the A107, hoping to bring you a better user experience.

I also want to talk to you about the frustration of delayed deliveries. In fact, behind every delay lies our dedication to quality: if a problem is found in the final quality inspection before delivery, we must revise it; accessories that have been successfully tested may suddenly be reported as out of stock by the manufacturer; after the product design is completed, we consult senior experts in the flight simulation industry, only to be told that optimizations are needed, so we immediately start over... As a small company that has just been established for more than 3 months, many of our practices are indeed immature, both in pre-sales and after-sales services. These are areas where we need to improve, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

But please rest assured that we will never let down the family members who support us: For customers who purchased the A107 V1 and V2 and have no problems with their use, we offer a 20% discount on their future purchases of other products; for those who encountered minor issues, we provide an even better 50% discount. As long as you have needs and reach out to us, we will do our best to meet them.

For Rowsfire, which has only been established for more than 3 months, our current development is very rapid—and this is inseparable from the expectations and needs of every family member. In the future, we will improve step by step and do the following 12 things to live up to your trust:
Priority will be given to inviting professionals to test pre-ordered products to avoid problems in advance;
Real-time updates on product upgrade progress will be released to keep everyone informed of the latest developments;
Mobiflight configuration files will be gradually improved to lower the threshold for use;
Develop our own driver software, which is beginner-friendly with only a few simple buttons—no need to upload configuration files, just select the product model.
Arrange maintenance personnel in various countries to facilitate product repair, return, and exchange for everyone;
Compile a frequently asked questions (FAQ) list to help everyone find solutions quickly;
Refine user manuals, with special attention to meeting the needs of beginner users;
Earnestly collect and record every customer’s opinion, and optimize products through on-site testing;
Hold irregular events and prepare exclusive rewards for family members who support us;
Launch a real-time chat function on the official website to make it easier for users to consult questions;
Optimize the production process to ensure on-time delivery and reduce delays;
Upgrade the quality inspection process to control product quality from the source;
Make every effort to develop the highly anticipated Boeing 737 overhead panel.
There is still a long way to go in the future. Thank you for the company and supervision of every family member. We will carry your expectations, grow gradually, and become better and better.
