How pre-orders & back-orders work

Some of our most popular panels (A107 Pro, B107, A111) sell faster than we can build. Here's what to expect if your order includes pre-order or out-of-stock items.

How do I know if a product is pre-order?

The product page shows a clear "Pre-Order" tag and an "Estimated Ship Date" for each variant. The date includes both production time (manufacturing + QC) and standard processing time.

What if my order has both in-stock and pre-order items?

By default, we hold the entire order and ship together once the pre-order item is ready, to keep shipping FREE.

Want the in-stock items shipped first? Email service@rowsfire.com within 5 hours of ordering — we can split the shipment (a small fee may apply for the second package).

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes — but only before production starts. Once your unit enters the production line (typically 5-10 days after order), it's a custom build and can't be cancelled.

If you're not sure when that happens, just email us — we'll check the production status for you.

Out-of-stock items take 3–5 days to process. Why?

Out-of-stock means we have inventory in production but not yet at the warehouse. The 3–5 day window covers QC and packing once your unit reaches the warehouse. After that, normal shipping kicks in.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Within 5 hours of payment: full cancellation, full refund, no questions asked. Just email service@rowsfire.com with your order number.

After 5 hours, before dispatch: contact us — if your order hasn't entered packing, we'll cancel for you.

After dispatch: follow our 30-day return policy once delivered.

Why can't I choose my courier?

We auto-select the fastest, most reliable carrier for your region — Yun Express for most international standard shipments, DHL for express/expedited, S.F Express for Asia-Pacific. This keeps shipping FREE and ensures duties stay prepaid for US/UK/EU.

Are there extra fees for U.S. orders?

No. Zero extra fees on US delivery. All US import duties are 100% prepaid by us. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

My tracking hasn't updated for several days — should I worry?

Tracking gaps of 3–7 days are normal during international transit, especially during customs handovers. As long as it shows movement within the past 7 days, you're fine.

No update for 10+ days? Email us with your tracking number — we'll investigate with the carrier.

I'm in a French / Spanish island territory — does shipping work?

We ship to most overseas territories, but transit can take an extra 5–10 days vs the mainland. For best results, contact service@rowsfire.com before ordering — we'll confirm timeline and pick the optimal carrier route.

What happens if my package is damaged or lost?

Damaged in transit: photograph the box + contents within 48 hours of receipt and email us. We'll either refund or send a replacement at our cost.

Lost in transit: if tracking shows no progress for 14+ days past expected delivery, we file a carrier claim and ship a replacement. You don't pay twice.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes, if your order hasn't shipped yet. Email us immediately with the order number and new address. We typically pack within 1–3 business days, so reach out as soon as possible.

Once the package is in transit, address changes go through the carrier — possible but not guaranteed.
