⚠ About Original Packaging We understand boxes can get damaged — what matters most is that the panel itself is in good working condition with all included accessories (cables, manuals, etc.). Minor packaging wear is fine; we'll work with you.

Pre-orders, custom builds, and discount items

Some product types have different return rules. Please read carefully before purchasing these.

How do pre-order returns work?

Pre-order items can be cancelled for a full refund before production begins (typically within 5–10 business days of order). Once production starts, your unit is built specifically for you and cannot be cancelled or returned for change-of-mind reasons.

However, the standard 1-year warranty still applies to all pre-orders. Any manufacturing defects are covered.

Can I return a "Renewed" / discount product?

Renewed Products are sold at significant discount and are not eligible for refund. However, they remain covered under our 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects — if your renewed product malfunctions, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

What about wholesale or bulk orders?

Volume orders (5+ units) and B2B / wholesale orders are governed by separate terms agreed at time of purchase, typically requiring written authorization for returns. Contact business@rowsfire.com for details on your specific order.

I'm in the EU — do I have additional consumer rights?

Yes. Customers in the EU and UK have a 14-day "right of withdrawal" under the Consumer Rights Directive, which allows return for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Our 30-day policy exceeds this requirement, but EU/UK consumer rights apply on top of our policy in case of conflict.

Can I exchange instead of refund?

Yes. In your RMA email, just specify "exchange" instead of "refund" and indicate which product you'd like instead. If there's a price difference, we'll arrange the difference (refund or invoice) before sending the replacement.

What if my product is defective after the 30-day window?

You're still covered by our 1-year manufacturing warranty. Email us with photos / video of the defect and your order number — if it's confirmed as a manufacturing issue, we'll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion, including paying return shipping for verified defects.

Do I need to pay customs duties when returning to Rowsfire?

For international returns, mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS / NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" on customs forms — this avoids re-importation duties on our end. We provide specific labeling instructions in your RMA email.

What if the package gets lost during return shipping?

Rowsfire is not liable for lost return packages. This is why we strongly recommend using tracked / registered shipping when returning items. Always file a claim with your shipping carrier if a return package goes missing.

Can I return only part of a multi-item order?

Yes. You can return any individual item from a multi-item order. The refund will be calculated proportionally based on the item's price. Bundle discounts may be recalculated if returning items breaks the bundle requirements.

What happens if my return is rejected at inspection?

If your return doesn't meet eligibility criteria (e.g., physical damage from misuse, missing serial number), we'll email you with photos and explanation. You can either:

• Request the item back at your shipping cost
• Authorize us to dispose of the item (no refund issued)

We never destroy items without your explicit consent.
