Questions before you buy?

Where should I start?
Start with the aircraft you fly. For the Airbus A320, most builders begin with an overhead panel such as the A107 Pro, then add the pedestal and glareshield. For the Boeing 737, start with the B107 overhead. We also make Garmin G1000 NXi panels for general aviation and panels for DCS World.
Which simulators and systems are supported?
Support depends on the panel. A-Series and B107 panels work with MSFS 2020/2024 and X-Plane 12 through the Rowsfire App, with add-ons such as Fenix, FlyByWire, ToLiss and PMDG 737. DCS panels are made for DCS World. All panels need a Windows 10 or 11 PC — macOS isn't supported. Every product page lists its exact compatibility.
Are the panels really plug-and-play?
Yes. Our A-Series and B107 panels work with the free Rowsfire App: install it once, plug in the panel and it detects your hardware and aircraft automatically — setup takes about a minute. MobiFlight with our pre-built configuration files is optional, and takes about 5–10 minutes the first time. Check the product page for other ranges.
What's in the box? Do I need a power supply or a stand?
Each panel comes with a USB cable and a QR card linking to drivers, configs and setup guides. Panels are USB-powered, so no external power supply is needed — use a rear USB 3.0 port on your PC. Stands, mounts and pedestal frames are sold separately; most of our overhead and display panels use standard VESA mounting holes.
Is there a discount for buying several items?
Yes, applied automatically at checkout: buy 2 items get 12% off, 3 items 13% off, 4 or more 14% off. Automatic offers don't stack — the best available one is used.
How long does shipping take, and are duties included?
Standard shipping is free worldwide and usually arrives in 14–30 business days. Express shipping ($29.99) takes 5–13 business days. Duties and taxes are included, and a tracking link is emailed within 48 hours of dispatch.
What's your return and warranty policy?
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. If there's no quality issue, return shipping is paid by the buyer; if the item is faulty or damaged, we cover it in full, including an expedited replacement. Every product comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
What if I need help setting up?
Our team is on live chat 24/6 and usually replies within a few hours. We also offer 1-on-1 video troubleshooting over WhatsApp in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese and Arabic, plus email support at service@rowsfire.com.
