I haven't received a tracking number yet — what should I do?

Tracking numbers are sent via email within 48 hours of dispatch (1–3 business days after order placement). If it's been more than 4 business days and you haven't received one:

1. Check your spam/promotions folder
2. Verify your order email at My Account
3. Contact service@rowsfire.com with your order number

My tracking hasn't updated for several days — is something wrong?

Tracking gaps of 3–7 days are normal during international transit, especially when packages move between customs hubs. As long as it shows recent movement (within 7 days), don't worry.

If there's truly no update for 10+ days, reach out via WhatsApp or email and we'll investigate with the carrier.

The tracking page says "delivered" but I don't have it.

First steps:

1. Check porches, side doors, mailrooms, and front desks
2. Ask neighbors — couriers occasionally leave packages next door
3. Wait 24 hours — sometimes tracking updates ahead of physical delivery
4. Check with your local postal/courier office

Still missing after 48 hours? Email us with the tracking number — we'll file a claim with the carrier.

Shipping & customs duties — what's included?

All orders ship free worldwide (YunExpress Standard).

✓ Customs duties & taxes are pre-paid by Rowsfire for orders to the following regions when using YunExpress Expedited (DDP):

  • United States, United Kingdom, EU — 100% pre-paid, no hidden fees at delivery
  • Brazil, Indonesia, India — we'll email a duty breakdown before shipping

⚠ For DHL Express orders, the customer is responsible for clearing customs and paying any applicable duties and taxes upon delivery.

Island / remote regions: Please use a mainland address (e.g. for French Polynesia, use a mainland France address) for smooth delivery. For alternative arrangements, contact service@rowsfire.com.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes, if your order hasn't shipped yet. Email service@rowsfire.com immediately with your order number and new address. We typically pack within 1–3 business days, so reach out as soon as possible.

Once shipped, address changes go through the carrier — possible but not guaranteed.

Why does standard shipping take 14–30 days?

Standard shipping is fully FREE worldwide and uses consolidated air + ground freight. Transit times vary by region:

• North America & Western Europe: usually 14–20 days
• Australia / South America / Eastern Europe: usually 18–25 days
• Africa / remote regions: up to 30 days

Want it faster? Choose YunExpress Expedited at checkout for $29.99 — 5–13 days, customs included (DDP). This is our standard express option used for most expedited orders.

⚠ Note: The $29.99 expedited fee covers YunExpress Expedited, not DHL. If you specifically need DHL Express, please contact support first — DHL costs more than $29.99 and requires the customer to handle customs clearance and duties separately.
