3. Rowsfire Team & Contact Details

• Rowsfire China Team Members

• Official Community & Regional After-Sales Groups

4. Rowsfire Team & Regional Lead Introductions

• USA & Canada

  • Sbve Ita (USA & Discord Manager): A hardware technician for phones/computers, skilled in device troubleshooting (uses an iFixit kit). He provides Rowsfire support, excels at root-cause analysis, and helps review products. He also contributes product optimizations (e.g., A107 fire extinguisher rebound fixes: suggesting space bar-like springs, deeper latched buttons, and safety flaps) and volunteers as an A105 tester (known for detailed, quick feedback).
  • Daniel Skidmore (Canada): A flight simmer since the early 1990s (starting with FS4 on a 386 PC), he has deep expertise in sim hardware—from 20-year-old GoFlight modules to setups with 3D printers, CNC machines, and Fusion software. Skilled in building components (e.g., ongoing C172 hardware panel, upcoming A320 single-seat setup) and programming with Airmanager, Mobiflight, and Arduino. His woodworking/cabinet background supports structural builds; he also deepens PCB knowledge by repairing Macbooks (now using a Genmitsu Cubiko CNC for prototypes like a 4-button PTT addon). As a business owner, he is excited to contribute to Rowsfire and the community.
  • Ercio Furquim (USA, Boston): IT Pro & Multi-Platform Sim Hardware Guru
With roots in IT desktop support management, Ercio turns his professional hardware troubleshooting skills to flight sims—making him a go-to for resolving setup headaches. He’s built a fully functional Boeing 737 home cockpit (viewable on his Instagram) and is now deep into an A320 build, giving him first-hand experience with the challenges of integrating hardware (like Rowsfire panels) with software. An active MSFS 2024 user, he specializes in mapping tools like Mobiflight, syncing panels with X-Plane/MSFS, and fixing connectivity gaps. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and German, he bridges tech support and sim passion—ready to help North American users (and beyond) get their setups running smoothly.

• England(UK)

  • Michael Pantelis (UK): A320 Cockpit Builder & PCB Design Specialist
A lifelong flight sim enthusiast, Michael focuses exclusively on A320 home cockpit builds—crafting every component from scratch, from custom panels to fully integrated electronic systems. His technical foundation runs deep: he holds a diploma in electronics, designs PCBs for sim hardware, and masters tools like 3D printers (including an SLA model), a small CNC router, and a 50W CO₂ laser to fabricate parts or modify setups. Beyond hardware, he’s proficient in 3D design and 2D laser-cutting workflows, ensuring his solutions align with both functionality and realism. Fluent in English and Greek, he’s eager to share his A320-specific expertise—whether troubleshooting panel connectivity, guiding PCB projects, or helping you refine your Rowsfire-powered cockpit.
  • Britannia Flight Simulator (UK): Professional Sim Build & Maintenance Team
A UK-based flight school with 6+ years in the sim space, Britannia Flight Simulator doesn’t just build—they live and breathe professional-grade sim hardware. Since 2017, they’ve created 4 fully operational sims (Boeing 737, King Air, Piper 28) and handle all in-house repairs: from flight controls and avionics to computer systems. They offer end-to-end services too—running 737 sim experiences, dry hire, and airline assessment support—so they understand both casual and commercial user needs. Familiar with Rowsfire products, they’re uniquely positioned to advise on large-scale setups (like flight school labs) or resolve complex maintenance issues, making them a trusted resource for UK and European simmers.

• Australia

  • Matthew George (Australia): A long-time flight simmer (since the early 1990s) who once pursued a pilot’s licence (paused due to health). With experience using sim peripherals and a background as an electronics security tech (proficient in servers, software, soldering, switches, relays, and multimeters), he is eager to re-engage with home cockpits. He believes flight simulation is growing rapidly and aims to help promote Rowsfire’s products.
  • Colin Ward (Australia)
I’m lucky to hold an Australian Private Pilot Licence (PPL)—I started flying in 1987 and was one of the few to solo in under 8 hours. Rated for VFR/IFR and night flying, I’ve flown aircraft from small 152s/172s to twin-engine Chieftans/Barons (my favorite: Piper Warrior). Though I never joined airlines, I now “fly” as captain of the virtual A320 Jetstar VH-VGT.

An amateur radio licence holder (who loves global contacts), I’ve been into electronics since childhood—now I build gear for flight simulation. I’ve used every flight sim since the early 1980s (starting on a 486 DX IBM Clone with EGA Graphics). Health issues stopped real flying, but I’m thrilled by sim tech advances—especially budget-friendly brands like Rowsfire (alongside SL3 Simulations, Winwing) that make the hobby accessible.

I’ve studied 737/A320 CBT training (know aircraft systems well), fly on VATSIM (Operations Manager for vJST Jetstar Virtual, occasional ATC), stream on Twitch (www.twitch.tv/itsfrostynut), and run a YouTube channel (“frostynut”)—with upcoming Mobiflight tutorials for beginners. I’m glad to partner with Rowsfire and excited for flight sim’s future.

• France & Belgium

  • Kdb Niner (David, France & Belgium): Discovered Flight Simulator X in 2006, quickly investing in gear like Saitek yokes, rudder pedals, and VRI INSIGHT modules. Self-taught PPL basics via books, later trained by a real flight instructor after MSFS2020 launched. Enjoys military aviation joysticks and Aerosoft Airbus setups, using StreamDeck as an alternative to overhead panels. Now flies by real-world basics (has not tried IVAO/VATSIM due to nerves) and has deep familiarity with sim equipment.
  • Issam El-Kiwi (France): A320 Systems Expert & Flight Test Specialist
Issam’s aviation background sets him apart: as an aviation investigator in France, he works closely with real-world A320 pilots, giving him unmatched insight into the aircraft’s systems (lighting, hydraulics, avionics). A licensed pilot (private, ultralight, glider) and dedicated simmer, he exclusively flies Fenix A320 and FlyByWire A320 on MSFS 2020—ensuring his feedback and support align with “study-level” realism. He specializes in rigorous panel testing (verifying switch logic, software sync) and troubleshooting A320-specific issues, making him invaluable for simmers who want their Rowsfire panels to match真机 behavior. Based in France, he’s ready to support European users with precision and aviation-grade expertise.

• Italy

  • Simone Lombardini (Italy): Local Service Pro with Quality Assurance Expertise
With 19 years in service and quality assurance, Simone brings a customer-first approach to sim support—focused on clear communication and reliable solutions. Based in Italy, he’s dedicated to providing local, timely assistance for European users: from helping set up Rowsfire panels to troubleshooting hardware malfunctions or verifying setup compatibility. His decades of experience in quality control ensure he doesn’t just fix issues—he helps prevent them, guiding users to build durable, high-performance sim setups. Fluent in English and Italian, he’s the go-to for seamless, region-specific support that aligns with Rowsfire’s commitment to quality.

• Israel

  • Aviv Cohen (Israel): A flight simmer since FS98, he builds 3D-printed, wired home cockpits (using Mobiflight for C172/A320 setups). Holding a PPL and Flight Dispatcher License, he has 4+ years of dispatching experience (Ayit Aviation; now at ISRAIR Airlines as dispatcher/project manager) and flies in cockpits with crews monthly—gaining hands-on A320 familiarity.
