Rowsfire App User Guide

This guide will walk you through how to properly install and use the Rowsfire App, as well as how to troubleshoot common issues. Please follow each step carefully to ensure the device is correctly recognized and works as expected.

1. Pre-Use Check: Confirm Device Connection

Before opening the Rowsfire App, please make sure your device is properly connected to your computer.

1️⃣ Check the Device Port

Open Device Manager on your computer

Locate the Ports (COM & LPT) section

Device Manager & View port display

Identify and remember the port number that corresponds to your Rowsfire product model

⚠️ Important Notice
Throughout the entire process:

  • Do not unplug the USB cable
  • Do not disconnect the device from the computer
  • The device must remain connected at all times.

2️⃣ If the Device Port Is Not Recognized

If your computer cannot detect the device port, it is usually caused by one of the following three reasons:

  • USB Port Issue→Solution: Try a different USB port on your computer
  • USB Data Cable Issue→Solution: Replace the USB cable and test again
  • Hardware Issue→If changing the port and cable does not work, the issue may be with the hardware itself

Please troubleshoot these causes in the order listed above.

2. App Download Issues

If you are unable to download the Rowsfire App:

Disable all antivirus software

Turn off the firewall

Then try downloading the App again

(Some security software may block the installation package.)

3. Installing and Launching the Rowsfire App
1️⃣ Installation Steps

Extract the downloaded installation package

Complete the installation process

Launch the Rowsfire App

2️⃣ Important Warning ⚠️

Do not unplug the device after the software is opened

Disconnecting the device while the App is running may:

Cause the App to fail to recognize the device

Result in firmware update failure

4. App Cannot Detect the Hardware Port

After confirming that:

The device is recognized in Device Manager (Step 1 is completed successfully)

If the Rowsfire App still cannot detect the hardware port, this is likely a software-related issue.

Possible Cause: Another brand’s software is occupying the same port

Solutions: Close all other software that may be using device ports

Reopen the Rowsfire App

If the issue persists:

Shut down and restart the computer

After restarting, open the Rowsfire App first

Make sure no other similar software is running before it

5. Summary & Recommendations

  • Always confirm the device port before opening the App
  • Keep the device connected throughout the entire process
  • Avoid running multiple similar device applications at the same time

Follow the troubleshooting steps in order—most issues can be resolved this way

I am having a problem trying to use my NEW Rowsfire A105v3.1 RMP+ATC panel. I can get the transponder buttons to work on the Rows fire radio but, they do nothing in the MSFS2020. I cannot get the radio to come on at all. Yes, I tested all lights and functions in the latest Rowsfire App, and all seemed to work. Yes, I have FSUIPC7 downloaded AND MOBI flight connector (haven’t used). Thought the Rowsfire App was stand alone? any and all help will be appreciated. Thank you, looking forward to your response.

Product Compatibility

Which aircraft models are the A-Series products compatible with?

Currently, they only support the FENIX A320 model for MSFS 2020/2024. In the future, we will expand compatibility to more aircraft models (such as Inibuilds A350 and FBW A320) by updating drivers and configuration files. The FENIX 320 is the most popular A320 among Microsoft Flight Simulator users.Applicable Products: A101, A102, A103, A106, A107, A108, A109

Is the A102 compatible with the Fenix A320 in MSFS 24?

Yes, it is fully compatible.

Is the A106 panel compatible with all aircraft models in MSFS 2020? Does it only support Airbus models?

Currently, the A106 panel fully supports the Fenix A320 and is also compatible with the Inibuilds A350 and FBW A320 (some functions may not be perfectly adapted). It is not compatible with all aircraft models in MSFS 2020.

Can the A107 Overhead Panel be used with the FSLabs A321? Are there any related adaptation documents or configuration files available?

The A107 Overhead Panel does not directly support the FSLabs A321, but users can attempt custom mapping:
If Mobiflight software supports the FSLabs A321, functional mapping can be successfully completed.
If the FSLabs A321 lacks necessary interfaces, this panel and other peripherals will not work properly.

Are the A-Series products plug-and-play?

The products need to be used with Mobiflight drivers. Configuration is required the first time you launch the game. After successful configuration:
Subsequent use only requires ensuring Mobiflight is running when launching the game.
No reconfiguration is needed, and official configuration tutorials will be provided. here

Is the A320 Overhead Panel (A-Series related models) plug-and-play? Is Mobiflight mandatory? Are there configuration files available?

The A320 Overhead Panel requires Mobiflight software to function and is not fully plug-and-play. Specific operations are as follows:
Software requirement: Launch Mobiflight before starting the flight simulator each time.
Configuration process: Only one initial configuration is required; no repeated operations are needed.
Convenience: Pre-configured files are provided, eliminating the need for manual mapping of all functions.
Usage steps: After initial configuration, launch Mobiflight first, then the simulator—the panel will connect automatically.
Configuration time: Approximately 5-10 minutes for initial installation; subsequent use only requires opening Mobiflight when launching the game.

How difficult is it to configure the A107 panel?

Currently, the A106 panel fully supports the Fenix A320 and is also compatible with the Inibuilds A350 and FBW A320 (some functions may not be perfectly adapted). It is not compatible with all aircraft models in MSFS 2020.

Hardware-Related

Do the A101, A102, A103, A106, and A107 support VESA mounts?

Support varies by model:
A103, A107, A109: Support 100×100mm VESA mounts.
A101, A102, A106 (Metal Version): Support 75×75mm VESA mounts

Does the A320 Overhead Panel (A-Series) have VESA mounting holes?

No, mounts are not included. However, the products have VESA interfaces, so you can purchase mounts separately for use. here

Do the A101, A102, A103, A106, A107, and A108 require external power supplies or batteries?

No. They only need to be connected to the rear USB port of your computer using the included USB cable.

What cables are required for the A320 Overhead Panel (A-Series)?

A USB cable is included in the product package—no additional purchase is needed. Connect the USB cable to the rear USB port of your gaming computer (front USB ports may provide insufficient power, causing some functions to fail or lights to dim).

The A320 Overhead Panel (A-Series) has only one fuel pump button—can it activate all 6 fuel pumps at once?

Yes, this single fuel pump button can activate all 6 fuel pumps simultaneously.

Is the A107 panel a 1:1 scale product?

The product itself is not 1:1 scale, but the buttons on it are made in 1:1 scale according to the real aircraft.
For a 1:1 scale product, you can purchase the Rowsfire A109 A32X Full Size ECAM Home Cockpit Panel.
