Parcel shipping (panels & accessories)

• Standard Shipping (YunExpress): 14–30 business days — free
• Express Shipping (YunExpress Expedited): 5–13 business days — $29.99
• DHL Express: available on request — please contact us before ordering. For DHL shipments, the customer clears customs and pays any duties.

Sea freight (A220, A221, A110)

Our oversized frames ship by sea freight to select countries, with delivery in 25–35 business days from dispatch. Sea freight is free to most supported countries; a flat fee applies to some and is shown at checkout. If you order sea-freight and parcel items together, they ship separately.

Processing time

Orders are quality-checked and dispatched within 1–5 business days. Pre-order items ship according to the date shown on the product page. Tracking details are emailed when your order ships (sea-freight tracking may update less often).

Duties & taxes

Parcel and sea-freight orders to the US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, Japan and most other countries ship duties-paid (DDP): import duties and VAT are prepaid by Rowsfire, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Exceptions: Brazil, India, Indonesia, South Korea and Peru require buyers to clear customs and pay duties locally (a tax ID is required). For remote or island territories (e.g. French Polynesia, Greenland, Faroe Islands), we'll contact you before shipping to confirm any extra cost or customs steps.

Damaged or lost packages

Damaged in transit: photograph the box and contents within 48 hours of receipt and email us — we'll refund or send a replacement at our cost. Lost in transit: if tracking shows no progress for 14+ days past the expected delivery date, we'll file a carrier claim and ship a replacement.
