Return request is submitted within 30 days of receipt, and approved by our customer service (RMA authorization)

Items not purchased directly from Rowsfire.com

Products with missing, damaged, tampered, or unreadable serial numbers

Incorrect orders due to customer error (wrong model, color, etc.)

Items returned without original packaging or accessories

Items damaged due to misuse, dropping, liquid exposure, modification, or normal wear and tear
â ïž Rowsfire.com reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the returned item does not meet the above conditions. Ineligible items may not be returned to the customer.
đ Shipping & Return Shipping Costs

For non-defective returns (e.g., customer change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For returns due to our fault (e.g., wrong item shipped, item damaged during delivery), please send photos to us for approval. Upon verification, Rowsfire will cover the return shipping cost.
âïž We recommend using registered airmail with tracking via your local post office for better security and cost-efficiency.
đ How to Request a Return (RMA Process)
Step 1: Request RMA Authorization

Step 2: Return Shipping Instructions
After receiving RMA authorization, please follow these return guidelines:

đŠ The return package must include all original packaging and accessories (manuals, cables, retail box, etc.)
