Like all insurance it’s not possible to give a review when you haven’t the need to make a claim. However, an expensive item coming from the other side of the globe made me feel it was worth the purchase.
Fortunately, all went well.
Don't use the product but having it was peace of mind just in case therewas a postage issue

The B107 overhead came within 5 weeks to the UK, could track it every step of the way. Excellent service. The product itself is remarkable, what a difference the panel makes to an immersive flying experience, simply stunning and incredible. Works flawlessly out of the box with XP12 plug and play. Would highly recommend Rowsfire products, keep up the great work team. Looking forward to the rest of the Boeing panels being made.
