The last piece a serious home cockpit is still missing
Overhead systems, comms, lighting, the centre console. Most home cockpit builders have those covered by now. But there's one thing that's been genuinely hard to get right at desktop scale: the PFD and ND themselves, the two screens your eyes actually live on during a flight.
That's exactly what the Rowsfire A118 is built to solve: a 1:1 scale Primary Flight Display and Navigation Display panel, replicating real A320 cockpit layout and professional operation logic. Not a scaled-down approximation, but the actual proportions your eyes are trained on.
📖 What these two screens actually do
The PFD combines attitude, airspeed, altitude, vertical speed, and flight mode annunciations into a single view. It's the first screen you check to know what the aircraft is actually doing. The ND shows the route, waypoints, weather radar, and traffic. It tells you where you are and where you're headed next.
Together with the FCU housed on the glareshield above (A117) and the ECAM below (A116), these two screens make up the core area a pilot's eyes scan most often. Without them, even a fully built overhead and centre console still doesn't add up to a working cockpit.
