A111/A112/A113 USB Power Supply Issues: Your Solution Is Here

A111/A112/A113 USB Power Supply Issues: Your Solution Is Here

Dear Rowsfire Customers,

Thank you for your feedback on the A111/A112/A113 panels’ unstable operation. After technical checks, this is not a hardware defect—it’s caused by insufficient USB power supply due to the panels’ high-brightness LED backlighting (and dual displays on A111/A113), which increases power demand.

Common Symptoms

  • USB/disconnecting/reconnecting repeatedly
  • SimConnect constant reconnection
  • Panel automatic rebooting or backlight flickering
  • Normal operation when backlight is disabled (Mobiflight setting)
  • Disconnection after 1–2 hours of use

Quick Troubleshooting

  1. Connect directly to motherboard USB 3.0/3.1 ports for stable current.
  2. If using a hub, choose a powered one with 12V/4A+ power supply.

Our Tailored Solution: Rowsfire 13-Port USB 3.0 Hub

To fully resolve this, we’ve launched the Rowsfire 13-Port Independent Control USB 3.0 Hub (with global universal power adapter), featuring:
