Dear Rowsfire Customers,
Thank you for your feedback on the A111/A112/A113 panels’ unstable operation. After technical checks, this is not a hardware defect—it’s caused by insufficient USB power supply due to the panels’ high-brightness LED backlighting (and dual displays on A111/A113), which increases power demand.
Common Symptoms
- USB/disconnecting/reconnecting repeatedly
- SimConnect constant reconnection
- Panel automatic rebooting or backlight flickering
- Normal operation when backlight is disabled (Mobiflight setting)
- Disconnection after 1–2 hours of use
Quick Troubleshooting
- Connect directly to motherboard USB 3.0/3.1 ports for stable current.
- If using a hub, choose a powered one with 12V/4A+ power supply.
