    Questions, answered honestly.

    Yes — and it's the most-asked question, so we built native support for it. Rowsfire App 1.9 includes independent firmware mode (A111 + A111b). Plug in two units and they auto-recognize as RMP1 (Captain) and RMP2 (First Officer). No additional drivers, no manual config, no workarounds. This is exactly how real Airbus cockpits are wired.
    Honest answer: the current A111 does not have illuminated annunciators for CALL/MECH/ATT, and the active-channel dial backlight is not enabled in this version. We're aware of this — at least one customer has flagged it in reviews, and we want to be upfront with anyone considering the panel.

    What we do include: the full functional layout, all knobs and buttons mapped 1:1, native dual-unit support, and a roadmap that includes expanded lighting in future hardware revisions. If active-channel visualization is critical to your build, we recommend keeping your simulator's pedestal view open as a workaround until the next hardware iteration.

    Yes. The A111 is designed for MSFS 2020/2024, Fenix A320, FlyByWire (FBW), iniBuilds, and ToLiss. Pre-configured profiles for each are organized by aircraft type and accessible via QR code in the box.
    No. The A111 is plug-and-play through the Rowsfire App — install once, plug in the panel, fly. MobiFlight is fully supported as a second option for advanced users who want custom key mappings or event chains. Use whichever fits your workflow.
    Connect directly to a USB 3.0 port on the back of your PC for stable power (400-500mA) and reliable device recognition. Front-panel USB ports often share controllers with other peripherals and can cause intermittent drops.

    If you need a hub (especially when running two A111s + other panels), we recommend our official Rowsfire 13-Port USB 3.0 Hub with independent per-port power — it's tested specifically with the A111.

If you ever experience a hardware issue, our free replacement policy covers manufacturing defects for one year.
    Yes. Configuration files are continuously updated as new aircraft add-ons release or simulator updates change function mappings. App 1.9 (which added dual-unit mode) is one example of our ongoing investment in this product line — the A111 will keep getting better as we ship new firmware.
    Most issues are resolved by updating the software or replugging the USB. For anything more involved, we provide step-by-step video tutorials, remote support over Discord, and free hardware replacement when needed. You don't need to be technical — most of our support requests get resolved within one back-and-forth.

    The A111 itself works well, although the backlight is somewhat dim. If you operate with more than 2 devices, configured via the Rowsfire App, you need to connect them one at a time.

    Very good quality!
    It works very well.
    The only little „issue“ is, that the potentiometers arevery noisy, what is why Mobiflight gets too many inputs and crashes sometimes, but this can be adjusted a little bit in the settings…
    All in one, I‘m very happy with this product!

    The build quality of the A111 v1 is great, but for a “1:1” panel it misses a lot of functionality. None of the radio buttons have the blinking annunciators for CALL/MECH/ATT, and none of the dials light up when a channel is active (so you still have to select your pedestal view in your simulator to check). Also, the INT/RAD switch is not momentary for the RAD position.
    The panel works great with the Rowsfire app, but with Mobiflight the dials produce so much noise that Mobiflight constantly restarts.
    If I would have known about the missing functionalities I may not have bought this panel.

    I just bought 2 RMP and i have try to connect both of them but not working..
    i try using mobiflight its working but just only on Cpt Side, but if i connected together they are wont work..
    i think this is a same firmware A111, do you have firmware for A111b for FO side ?
    I read on Q&A said have diffrent firmware A111 and A111b

    Unfortunately, our flight simulation hardware is specifically designed for flight simulators (such as MSFS, X-Plane, and P3D) and uses protocols tailored for flight simulation plugins. It does not support standard music industry protocols like MIDI or Mackie Control, so it would not be compatible with music production software.
