1. The reason you need to press the button twice:

Before you begin operating, the button hasn’t been reset to its default state. The way Mobiflight works is that when a button is latched, it is recognized as ON; when it’s released, it’s recognized as OFF.

If the button is already in the “white indicator light OFF” state, pressing it once will turn the light back ON. However, if the panel’s white indicator is already illuminated (always ON), pressing the button once won’t trigger any visible response. Pressing it again will turn the light OFF, after which the button will behave normally.

2. Regarding the “START” button not lighting up:

The correct operating sequence is to press the Master SW button first, wait about 3 seconds, and then press the START button.

Very nice V3, in order to add more on my home cockpit (who is not yet finish), this OVH pannel add this realistic touch. Working very well with the Fenix a320 and simple to configure.

I ordered the A107 v3 as soon as available having liked the v2 overhead panel. The build quality and layout is improved with positive switch and button actions.

I am disappointed that the button captions are much dimmer than the previous version and difficult to see. The background lighting is poor and too dim with light leakage along the top edge. It does not reflect the images on the website or advertising. I am sure this can be rectified with a driver/firmware update. The MobiFlight interface is not the best solution being difficult to setup and run reliably. It fails to sense the correct button selections.

Despite these criticisms, the A107 is a great addition to my flight simulator setup.
